Eiffel is a seasoned C-level Officer and full stack data scientist with strong foundation in financial engineering and statistics. With over a decade of experience in the financial and technology industries, Eiffel specializes in developing highly efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and creating fully automated end-to-end business reporting systems with advanced analytics capabilities. Beyond their technical prowess, Eiffel’s consulting background enables them to excel at bridging information silos, streamlining processes, fostering cross-departmental collaboration within organizations, and establishing productive connections with external stakeholders, all in the pursuit of optimizing efficiency and facilitating data-driven decision-making.

Eiffel’s multifaceted expertise positions him as an ideal intermediary between external business world, internal teams, and engineers.

Prior to joining Trust Science, Eiffel served as the Chief Data and Technology Officer for Source One Financial, where his team functioned as the information hub, providing valuable business insights, and determining key performance indicators (KPIs) across various business areas. This included loan origination, credit risk assessment, collection and recovery strategies, loan performance management, and financial covenants reporting. Eiffel successfully led multiple system and data migration projects without disrupting daily business operations, which included core loan management system, third-party collection services, and the Salesforce CRM platform, accounting system, internal data lake infrastructure, and business intelligence reporting system.

Eiffel holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics with a concentration in Statistics from University of Toronto, and M.S. in Mathematical Finance from University of Toronto.
